Facility Evaluation
A Facility Evaluation will allow you to understand your current facility's compliance with safety, environmental issues and industry standards. Our report includes an evaluation of current conditions and includes recommendations for any issues discovered, which will contribute to the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of your operation. Our evaluations address your vision of a new facility and are conducted by a Registered Professional Engineer who is a Certified Safety Professional and Certified Professional Environmental Auditor.

 

Site Assessment
GSA will help you find the right site for your project. The location of your structure is dependent on the needs, requirements and restrictions of the facility. Components of a Site Assessment are adequate acreage, access to golf course, access to street, access to utilities, location safety, impact on neighbors and golfers, development costs and code issues.

 

 

Master Plan
A Master Plan will show how buildings, parking and roads will fit on your site; all in compliance with local codes and setback requirements. This is a useful tool to use in preliminary meetings with local officials, and it is another review tool for decision makers before taking the next step of final design. In the case where the project must be phased in, a Master Plan provides a development map to be implemented over a period of time.

 

 

Design
Our design will integrate your vision with regulatory requirements identified in the Master Plan process. Design focuses on the development of detailed drawings and specifications needed to secure town approvals and building permits. Contractors will require the drawings and specifications for the preparation of competitive bids.

 

Construction Administration
Construction of your facility can be done by outside contractors or by the combined use of contractors and in-house resources. We offer Owner Representative Services to coordinate construction operations. Our goal is the ensure quality construction that meets budget and specification requirements. No matter what the size of the project, quality and service are the hallmarks of our involvement.
