GSA uses translucent wall panels in our designs to allow natural light into your building reducing the need for interior lighting.

Compact fluorescent/LED lighting is incorporated into GSA’s designs for longer lasting lights which require less power keeping energy costs down.

GSA’s Fuel & Wash Buildings and Environmental Management Centers are designed to be zero discharge buildings. A specially designed sump system allows all unused waste water to be pumped to a treatment system and reused. Accidental chemical or fertilizer spills can be either treated and recycled or pumped to a storage tank for reuse at a later time.

Any spilled liquid chemicals or fertilizer can be pumped through a recycling system to this holding tank. The captured liquid may then be pumped back into the sprayer after the problem is fixed.

Our Fuel & Wash Buildings are designed to hold your Convault fuel tank systems providing triple protection against spills. The building is designed by GSA to contain 110% (125% in MA) of maximum tank capacity. Any spills are contained and treated. Zero Discharge!

GSA incorporates biological and mechanical washwater recycle systems into our designs. These systems take wastewater and separate the solids. What remains is run through a system in which microbial or filtration systems breakdown oil, gas and other contaminants leaving recyclable water to be reused on the next piece of equipment.

One of the environmentally friendly options GSA can incorporate into your facility is Hydronic Heated Floors. Depending on the location, we have used wood fired boilers with propane backup to fuel this system. You not only have consistent temperature control but are saving fuel costs by using a common natural byproduct (wood) found on the golf course.

Hands-free / water-free urinals reduce water and sewer costs. This helps to reduce water usage and promotes a sanitary environment.
